 Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Perfumes will only be replaced if they arrive damaged. In such cases, a new perfume will be issued under the following conditions:

 The perfume must remain unused and unopened.


 It must be returned in its original packaging.


 The damage must be reported within 3 days of receiving your order.


 Replacements are not available for change-of-mind purchases or for used items.

 Provide Proof: Share clear photographs of the damaged perfume and its packaging.


 Approval Process: Our team will review your request and confirm whether a refund or replacement is approved.

Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 3 business days.

Alternatively, an exchange for the same fragrance can be arranged.

 

 Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used perfumes.

Gift cards, promotional items, or complimentary samples.
